Festival season is finally right around the corner. Whether you’re gearing up for a camping festival or just a day-long event, check out this Festival Packing Guide with everything you need to stay comfortable and prepared.

It pays to bring a bigger bag with lots of pockets and zippers to be prepared and keep all of your things safe. 

Other Tips and Tricks

If the festival is car camping:

• Use a window marker to number your camping groups’ cars so that the parking attendants know to keep your group together. 

• Arrive early if you want to get a good camping spot. If the move in begins at 12 p.m., get there a few hours beforehand to start lining up in your cars. 

• On the last day, before you go into the festival for the night, pack up as much of your campsite as you can so when you wake up the next morning you have less to do. 

• Lock your valuables in your car or put them somewhere safe before heading into the festival grounds from your campsite.
